摘要
项目管理代建制是顺应时代发展的产物,在政府投资项目的建设管理中发挥了积极的作用,但在实际操作中暴露出一些与现有体制不相适应的弊端。本文通过对代建制应用现状的了解,分析了代建制在实施过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方案。
The replacing construction system in the project management results from the development of the times and plays an active role in the management of the construction of the government-invested projects. Yet in the actual implementation, defects contrary to the existing system arise The paper, based on the understanding of the present situation of such system implementation, analyzes these problems and puts forward the relevant countermeasures.
