Based on the analysis of the data about climate and precipitation of Qinhuangdao in the past fifty -one years, the research draw a conclusion that： In the recent years ,the climate of Qinhuangdao is wanning markedly, the annual mean temperature climbs about two centigrade, at the same time, as the climate becoming drier, the precipitation has decreased eighteen point three percent; The climatic change will course the change of water cycle and re - distribution of water resource in time - space, it will also course total water resource shift, the impact to the watershed is significant.
