测定氨氮的经验点滴

摘要 用纳氏比色法测定NH3-N时,在保证斜率不变(b=0.0037)的条件下,减少显色剂中HgC I2-K I三分之二的含量,聚乙烯醇做胶体稳定剂,显著提高了显色剂和显色的稳定度,并大大降低了空白吸光度。以KOH和酒石酸钾纳做缓冲溶液,并增加KOH一倍的含量,保持恒定的显色碱度,同时也掩蔽了金属离子的干扰。测定废水,先做一条件试验,确定氨氮废水的稀释比,是测定氨氮的重要步骤。 To measure NH3 -N by Nash's method, under the condition of unchanged slope (B = 0.0037), it would have an obvious increase in the stability of color - developing reagent and color development as well as a great decrease in blank absorbanee to reduce by two thirds of HgCI2 - K content in color - developing agent and use polyvinyl alcohol as colloid stabilizing agent. It would maintain a constant color development alkalinity and also mask the interference of metal ion to take KOH and potassium sodium tartrate as buffer solution with a doubled KOH concentration. Also, it is an important step to make a conditional experiment in advance to determine the dilution ratio of sewage sample.
