摘要 玉米加工时产生大量玉米芯,在农村主要用于做饭、取暖的燃料烧掉,而玉米芯中富含高聚糖(纤维素、半纤维素),是生产糠醛的主要原料。目前哈尔滨市周围也建设了几家糠醛厂,其产生的废水、废气对环境污染较重,本文叙述了糠醛生产工艺,原辅料的理化性质,污染物排放情况等内容,提出糠醛项目的评估要点。通过对糠醛项目的评估,使其产业政策及选址符合性、污染防治措施、事故风险措施等更加符合要求,可有效提高环评文件的编制质量,使评估工作真正起到为审批机关严把技术关,又起到为企业负责的作用。 The Heilongjiang province is one of the biggest provinces of grain, that maize cultivated area is bigger. Large amount of maize core coming into being when the maize bars are processed, the maize core is burned off as fuel in meal cooking or room warming mainly in rural area. The maize core is rich in polysaccharide (cellulose, half celluloses), which is the raw material of furfural. There are lots of furfural factory in Jilin province, Liaoning province and North China area, which have being bringing about heavier environmental pollution. Several furfural factories are also built around Harbin city presently, waste water, waste gas that the factory produces have duplicated each other comparatively to environmental pollution, the farfural the main body of a book has been narrated has produced contaminating, pointing out this kind of appraise an essential and feasible project pollution prevention and treatment to what environment brings about measure.
