72例远视眼角膜厚度的测量和分析

MEASUREMENT OF CENTRAL CORNEAL THICKNESS OF 72 CASES HYPERMETROPIC EYES

目的:测量和分析远视眼的中央角膜厚度。方法:采用A型超声波角膜测厚仪测量72例(144眼)远视眼的中央角膜厚度。结果:在144眼远视眼中,中央角膜厚度449-624μm(平均524.97±31.90μm)。右眼中央角膜厚度458-624μm(平均542.78±31.84μm),左眼厚度为449-619μm(平均543.18±32.18μm),左右眼中央角膜厚度无明显差异(P>0.05)。男性远视眼中央角膜厚度493-602μm(平均548.65±29.49μm),女性远视眼中央角膜厚度449-624μm(平均537±33.33μm),男、女性远视眼中央角膜厚度比较无明显区别(P>0.05)。结论:远视眼中央角膜厚度平均为524.97±31.90μm,其中左右眼间无明显差别,男女性间亦无明显差别。

Objective：To measure and analyse the central corneal thickness of hypermetropic eyes.Methods： Type-A ultrasonic corneal pachymeter was used to measure the central corneal thickness （CCT） of 72 cases （144eyes） hypermetropic eyes.Results：The CCT was 449-624μ m （average 524.97±31.90 μ m） in 144 hypermetropic eyes. The CCT was 458μ m-624 μ m （average 542.78 ± 31.84 μ m） of right eyes, while that of the left eyes was 449-619 μ m （average543.18± 32.18 μ m）;There has no significant difference between the fight and the left eyes （P 〉 0.05）. Of males, the CCT was 493-602 μ m （average 548.65 ± 29.49μ m）,which had no significance difference with that of the females （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusions：The average CCT of hypermetropic eyes was 524.97 ±31.90 μ m, there has no obvious difference between the fight and the left eyes, there also has no obvious difference between that of the males and females.
