55例后天性麻痹性斜视手术疗效分析

ANALYSIS OF OPERATIVE EFFECTS ON 55 CASES ACQUIRED PARALYTIC STRABISMUS

目的:探讨后天性麻痹性斜视手术治疗的疗效。方法:需手术治疗的后天性麻痹性斜视患者55例,术前及术后检查斜视度及第一眼位的双眼单视功能,统计治愈率、良好率及有效率,并全部随访一年以上。结果:术后斜视度及第一眼位双眼视功能均比术前好转;术后出院时治愈率、良好率、有效率分别为70.9%、16.40%和10.9%;最后一次复查时的治愈率、良好率、有效率分别为67.3%、14.5%和16.4%。结论:后天性麻痹性斜视手术矫正眼位偏斜和恢复第一眼位双眼单视的效果良好。

Objeetive：To probe the surgical effects on acquired paralytic strabismus.Methods：55 cases acquired paralytic strabismus were treated by surgery.The Strabismus angle and the bifixation visual function of primary position of eye were respectively detected before and after operation;The healing rate, satisfactory ratio and effective ratio were also counted.Results：After operation, the strabismus angle and bifixation visual function of primary position of eye were all better than pre-operation.The healing rate, satisfactory ratio and effective ratio were respectively70.00%,16.00% and12.00% when discharging, while they were 67.3%,14.5% and 16.4% at the last recheck.Conclusions：Strabismus surgery is a better method to correct strabismus and recover single binocular vision of primary position for acquired paralytic strabismus.
