摘要
本文分析了埋弧电炉生产金属硅或硅铁时炉内的反应机理.在整个过程中反应SiO(g)+2C=SiC+CO(g)是至关重要的.根据这个反应设计的恻定炭质还原剂与SiO气体反应性能指数的实验,可为选择合适还原剂提供可靠依据。实践表明,使用反应性能好的焦炭可使过程的能耗明显下降。
The reaction mechanism has been proposed for the silicon and ferrosilicon processes running in a submerged arc furnace. The reaction SiO (g) + 2C =SiC +CO (g) is vital importance in the production. An experiment has been designed for determining the reactivity of carbonaceous reductants with SiO gas according to the reaction. It can provide the data for choosing proper reductants. It is shown that the energy consumption of the production will decrease if the coke with good reactivity is used.
