三台红花化学成分的研究(Ⅱ)

Studies on the chemical constituents of clerodendrum serratum(L.) moon

目的:研究三台红花的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱分离,用波谱学方法确定结构。结果:从乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分得到5个单体化合物,其结构鉴定为2,5-二甲氧基苯醌(Ⅰ),5,7,4′-三羟基-3′-甲氧基黄酮(Ⅱ),豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)。结论:3个化合物为首次从该植物分离得到。

Objective： To study the chemical constituents of Cleredeedrum serratum （ L. ） Moon. Methods： The compounds were isolated and purified through repeated colunm chromatography an silica gel and structurally identified by chemical and spectroscopic methods. Results： Five compounds were identified as 2, 5 - dimethoxybenzoquinane （ Ⅰ ）, 5, 7, 4＇ - trihydroxy - 3＇ - methoxyflavane （ Ⅱ）, stitgnasterol - 3 - O - β - D - glucopyranoside （ Ⅲ ）. Conclusion：All compotmds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
