维思通与奥氮平治疗脑血管病精神障碍的比较研究

Study of mental disorder due to cerebral vascular in treatment with risperdal and olanzapine

目的:比较奥氮平与维思通治疗脑血管病精神障碍的疗效及副作用。方法:采用BPRS及TESS评定,观察4周。结果:奥氮平有效率为90%,维思通有效率88.2%,两者无显著差异,但奥氮平镇静作用强,维思通EPS多。结论:奥氮平与维思通的疗效相当,奥氮平镇静作用强,维思通EPS多。

Objective： To conapare efficacy and side effect of Risperdal and Ohnzapin in mental disorders due to crebral vascular discase.Methods：To assess by the BPRS and TESS, Two gcoups were observed for 4 weeks. Results： There was no significant difference between two groups, but there was EPS in Pdsperdal＇s group. Sedative in Olanzapine＇ s group. Conclusin： Efficacy was the same between two groups, but there was Eps enough in Risperdal＇ s group and sedative enough in Olanzapine＇s group.
