摘要
济南钢铁集团总公司在废旧备件的修复管理工作中，以修复备件的寿命系数和有形磨损价值系数为衡量标准，组织安排备件的修复，把备件修复工作从定性分析提高到定量分析过程，促进了备件修复工作的深入开展。
In the management of waste and old spare part repair in Jinan Iron and Steel Group General Corporation,the service life factor and wear value factor are estabilished as measuring standard for promoting the work of spare part repair.This method can get good technical and economic result.
