摘要
山东金岭铁矿在选矿生产中采用正交试验设计法优化工艺参数,根据优化方案控制磨矿细度在-0.074mm占66%~68%范围内,更换大筒径磁选机,提高磁场强度,同时改进磁选流程,使每吨入磨原矿多增加产值1.49~1.99元,铁精矿的产率和回收率分别达到62.46%、95.37%。
Through optimizing process parameter used of orthogonal testing design method in the operation,changing larger barrel diameter of magnetic concentrator,increasing magnetic field strength,improving process of production of magnetic concentration,the product value of grinded ore/t can enhance 1 49~1 99 yuan and the productivity and recovery ratio of concentrated iron ore are separately up to 62 46% and 95 37%.
