A Theory of Multi-dimensionally Synergic Combination Strategy against the Dynamically Perfect Competition

摘要 现有战略管理理论以不完全竞争市场为前提条件,因而越来越难以应对日益激烈的超竞争环境。有甚于此,笔者的研究发现,在技术进步和收入增长效应足够大的情况下,传统上认定不会出现完全竞争的差别产品最终也会出现每个企业都按边际成本定价的动态完全竞争。面向动态完全竞争的战略管理的基本任务随之转为运用介观视野去发现并实施具备多维协同组合特性的新的商务模式,同时做到差异准确、成本领先、反应敏捷和分享得力。 As known, the business environments are increasingly going to interact totally, especially at an age when new technologies emerge in an endless way, lifestyles and consumer demand change quickly, and governmental deregulation has been extending to more and more sectors. Conventional theories of strategic management are being found having increasing difficulty to deal with the hypercompetitive market because of its imperfectly competitive market premise. To evade the innovation of the theory of strategic management, it was regarded as a temporal phenomenon or over competition that should be regulated by the government. But this research results that dynamic perfect competition with pricing at marginal cost in each firm will be tended to based upon differentiated products as long as the growth of income, the accumulation of capital and the progress of technology play their roles persistently and sufficiently at the same time. At this moment, to find their way to survive and win, firms not only have to set up a combination strategy which pursues both cost leadership and differentiation simultaneously, but also keep creating new competitive advantages, either faster or deeper. And firms are asked to share more with key customers and outside resource providers for stimulating value creation. How to build such a combination strategy with multi- dimensional synergy? A framework of meso-scopic business model is suggested to detect the potential conflicts and build consistent or complementary relationship all the activities of value creation.
