Fast Measurement with the Troxler 3241-B Asphalt Content Gauge

施工过程中严格控制沥青用量是沥青路面施工质量检验及验收的一个重要项目。近年来,不少单位从国外引进一些不同型号的沥青含量快速测定仪。本文介绍美国的TROXLER3241—B型射线法沥青含量测定仪的测试精度、可靠性及使用方法的试验研究结果及与其它同类仪器试验的对比结果。

Asphalt content is one of the strictly controlled indexes in asphalt pave- ment quality check and acceptance test. In recent years, a variety of asphalt measurers have been imported including the Troxler 3241-B asphalt content gauge from America which operates on the principle of neutron moderation and measures the percentage of a sphalt in an asphalt-aggregate mix. The accuracy and reliability of its measurements and operation, measured results in compa- rison with other imported gauges are presented in this paper.
