本文简述公路收费系统设计阶段,要根据道路特点、交通状况和投资等条件,考虑开放式、全线均等式和封闭式三种收费制以及三种自动化程度不同收费方式的适用范围和运营特点,合理选择收费方案,使公路收费系统达到技术先进,经济实用的目的。

In the paper, main points related to the option of a reasonable highway toll collection system in China at present are expounded according to the fea- tures and applicabilities of the three fundamental toll collection systems (i. e. open, closed and uniform system) as well as several toll modes of different automation degree with the highway surroundings, traffic condition and inve- stment scale being taken into account, so that a technologically advanced and economically applicable system can be realized.
