摘要
为获取泵和马达的静态与动态特性,设计了基于ADμC812和TMS320F206的双CPU结构的多传感器融合与控制系统。介绍了该系统的体系结构、硬件配置、接口电路、工作原理和工作流程。实现了传感器信息融合的高速高精度采集、复杂算法的大数据量实时计算以及模拟与开关量并有的多通道控制等功能,系统硬件结构简单。该系统作为泵、马达综合试验台的子系统,用于泵、马达性能试验。应用表明该系统能够满足试验要求,具有很好的可靠性和实时性。
To obtain the static and dynamic characteristics of a pump and a motor, we design a multi-sensor fusion and control system that has two CPU structures integrated with AdμC812 and TMS320F206. We also present its architecture, configuration, interface circuits, working principles and workflow. The system can perform multi-sensor data fusion, high-speed and highly accurate data acquisition, real-time computation of mass data for complex algorithms and simulation of the control of multi-channels paralleled with analogy signal and switching signal. Its hardware structure is simple. It is used for experiments on the performance of a pump or a motor. Its application shows that it can meet experimental requirements and has good reliability and is in real time.
