用钻床完成4m^3电铲底座中心孔加工工艺研究

现有镗床的加工范围不能满足电铲底座架中心孔的加工,在摇臂钻床上加装专用刀杆扩大其加工范围,完成电铲底座架中心孔的镗削加工。通过扩大加工设备加工范围的工艺研究,解决实际问题。

The present range of boring machine can not meet the needs processing the center hole of shovel cradle. To retrofit a special arbor can expand its processing range of the drilling machine and realize the shovel cradle - center hole boring. The technology research expanding the processing scope of the machine solves practical problems.
