摘要 家养动物的起源进化一直吸引着人们的兴趣。线粒体DNA是一种理想的研究动物进化的分子标记。主要介绍了线粒体DNAD-loop序列多态性与畜禽(猪、马、驴、牛、水牛、绵羊、山羊、鸡)分子系统进化研究的最新进展,并对今后的深入研究提出了建议。 The origin and evolution of time. Mitoehondrial DNA as a good domestic animals have attracted the interests of people for a long molecular marker has been successfully applied to the study of evolution of animals.' Here the new research progress on mtDNA D-loop polymorphism and molecular evolution in domestic animals (pig, horse, donkey, cattle, water buffalo, sheep, goat and chicken) was introduced, and gave some advice on deeply studying the origin and evolution of domestic animals.
