摘要
建立了钢管斜轧延伸螺旋轧制变形区模型,开发出螺旋轧制变形区计算机模拟软件;提出了螺旋轧制变形区由4个小区组成、整个斜轧延伸变形过程是一个“异步连轧”过程的新概念;通过分析秒流量,揭示了管壁增厚机制。
The model and computer software for simulating spiral deformation zone of seamless tube cross rolling elongation have been established and developed. A new concept, that the spiral deformation zone is composed of four sub zones and that whole deformation is considered as an “asynchronous continuous rolling” process is put forward, the mechanism of tube wall thickening is discovered by analysing mass flow rate.
