沼肥不同施用方法对糯玉米根际土壤肥力和微生物数量影响 被引量:9

摘要 【研究目的】本文通过基肥+追肥的施肥方法,研究沼肥的不同施用方法对糯玉米根际土壤肥力和微生物数量的影响。【方法】每小区五行,三次重复,完全随机区组设计,施肥方法分为基肥+追肥两阶段,两阶段施的量是一样的;【结果】单施沼肥和沼肥+菌肥玉米根际土壤N、P、K含量提高很明显,沼肥+菌肥、沼肥+化肥+菌肥、单施沼肥能明显降低土壤容重;施用沼肥使土壤中细菌、放线菌和霉菌的数量都有所增加;【结论】沼肥+菌肥、沼肥+化肥+菌肥、单施沼肥能明显降低土壤容重,很好改善土壤的结构,细菌、放线菌和霉菌的数量都有所增加。 [OBJECTIVE] Studied the effects of different applying combination of biogas fertilizer on soil fertility and the quantity of microbes, the fertilizing method through base fertilizer and top fertilizer. [METHOD] Five plots of each district , three repeats, a randomized complete block design, the fertilizing method including base fertilizer and top fertilizer, two stages facilities were the same [RESULTS] The resuits showed that using biogas fertilizer and biogas fertilizer with bacterial manure could increase the contents of N, P,K , volume weight of soil had tendency of dropping by only using biogas fertilizer, using biogas fertilizer with bacterial manure, using biogas fertilizer with bacterial manure and fertilizer ;The quantities of virus, ray fungi and leaf mold had increased when used biogas fertilizer , it better to use biogas fertilizer with bacterial manure [CONCLUSION]biogas fertilizer with bacterial, biogas fertilizer with fertilizer and bacterial and only biogas fertilizer could significantly reduce soil bulk density, improve soil structure, increase the volume of virus, ray fungi and leaf mold.
