摘要
通过实验室测定,狼毒根在氯仿、石油醚和乙酸乙酯三种萃取物中,氯仿的萃取物对麦二叉蚜的触杀活性最高,为77.95%,其50mg/ml的浓度触杀活性最高,校正死亡率为95.00%。氯仿萃取物对甘蓝蚜的拒食活性最好,校正拒食率达到了87.85%。在氯仿萃取物的四个浓度中,(50mg/ml)的拒食活性最高,达到了91.84%,25mg/ml和16.67mg/ml的拒食率分别为87.04%和87.71%,12.5mg/ml的拒食活性仍然达到了84.82%。
The bioactivity of Three extracts from Stellera chamaejasme (chloroform, petroleum ether and ethyl acetate) are studied, The result showed that: the contact toxicity of Chloroform against Schizaphis graminum were 77.95%, the calibrated mortality at a concentration of 50mg/ml is 95.00%. The antifeedant of chloroform extract against Brevicoryne brassicae L. was strongest among the extracts, the calibrated antifeedant rate is 87.85%. The antifeedant rate of four concentration (50mg/ml, 25mg/ml, 16.67mg/ml and 12.5mg/ml) of chloroform extract is 91.84%, 87.04%, 87.71% and 84.82%, respectively.
