摘要 研究了含钒蠕墨铸铁与钢盘对磨时的干摩擦学性能。结果表明,钒的加入降低了蠕墨铸铁的磨损量,提高了接触压力和摩擦速度变化时磨损量的稳定性。含钒0.1%和0.3%(质量分数)时,提高了摩擦系数和高接触压力、高摩擦速度下摩擦系数的稳定性。含钒0.3%(质量分数)的蠕墨铸铁具有最小的磨损量和最大的摩擦系数。 The tribological properties of vanadium compacted graphite cast iron coupled with steel disc have been investigated. The experimental results indicate that the addition of vanadium to compacted graphite cast iron can reduce its wear loss and improve the wear loss stability when the contact pressure and sliding velocity change; meanwhile, the friction coefficient of compacted graphite cast iron with 0.1 % and 0.3 % (mass fraction) of vanadium is enhanced, and the friction coefficient stability is improved under the condition of high contact pressure and high sliding velocity. The compacted graphite cast iron with 0.3 % (mass fraction) vanadium possesses the lowest wear loss and the highest friction coefficient among the tested materials.
