摘要 利用Buck-Boost电路输出电压理论上可以在零到无穷大之间变化的特点,将Buck-Boost斩波电路应用于交流电压变换,提出了一种变比可以连续变化的固态变压器。与传统的自耦调压器相比,基于Buck-Boost变换器的固态变压器具有输出电压范围宽、体积小的特点,并且由于采用了电压反馈控制,使得其输出电压不受负载变化的影响,外特性较硬。针对四象限开关存在的换流问题,提出了该变换器的换流策略,在理论分析的基础上,设计制作了一台AC/AC调压器,实验结果验证了该变换器的可行性。 The output voltage of Buck-Boost converter could changes from 0 to infinity in theory, and it is a very good feature. By applying Buck-Boost circuit to AC voltage conversion, a solid-state transformer with a continuously variable turns-ratio is proposed. Compared to the traditional autotransformer, the solid-state transformer can provide a larger range of output AC voltage and achieve smaller size and lower cost. Because of the use of the voltage feedback control, the output voltage of the transformer is not affected by load, so its external characteristic is better than the autotransformer. The communication strategy of the converter is proposed and analyzed in detail, and theoretical analysis and principle test verify the feasibility of the AC regulator.
