摘要
为了分析消弧线圈系统的特征,首先建立了非接地状态下和接地状态下消弧线圈系统的零序等效模型,定义了线路的m参数,利用零序等效模型分析了非接地状态下和接地状态下消弧线圈系统的特征差异,提出了根据中性点电压和两线路m参数比值的状态辨识配电系统的接地故障,它比传统接地判据具有更高的可靠性;分析了故障线路和非故障线路的特征差异,提出了根据线路m参数的相对最大值确定故障线路的选线方法,该方法不仅对金属性接地故障有效,对电阻接地故障也仍然有效,它弥补了现有故障选线方法的不足。通过仿真证明了所提出的接地故障辨识方法和故障选线方法的正确性,对实录数据的分析也证明了所提出故障选线方法的正确性。
For analysis the characteristic of the network with the arc suppression coil (ASC) , zero-sequence models of the ASC network for both the fault state and the normal state are developed and m parameter of the line is defined. The novel method for the grounding fault judgment is present, in which the voltage of the neutral point and ratios of m parameters of two lines are used at the same time. The proposed method is more reliable than the traditional method. The value of m parameter of the fault line is the maximal during the grounding existing, including the grounding directly and grounding through resistor, the characteristic of which is effective to select the fault line. The proposed method for the fault line selection is valid to the fault grounding both directly and through resistor. Simulation results show that proposed methods in this paper are correct. The results from the measured waveforms also show that the method for the fault line selection is correct.
