在分析我国能源消费结构状况的基础上,从保障能源供应安全,促进能源、经济与环境协调发展等角度出发,对未来我国能源政策提出了建议,即:加强能源资源调查评价与勘查工作,依靠技术进步提高能源经济效率,调整和优化能源结构,充分发挥西部能源资源优势,建立健全能源危机管理机制。

Based on analyzing the status of energy consumption structure in China, from the angle of guarantee safety energy supply and promote the coordinated development of energy, economy and environment, the suggestions on China's further energy policy, i.e.: strengthen investigation, assessment and survey of energy resources, rely on technical advancement to improve energy economy efficiency, adjust and optimize energy structure, make full use of energy resources in western area and build up and perfect the management mechanism on energy crisis.
