The academic reference room is a componet part of the academic Library information service and an auxiliary body of every department for teaching and scientific researth. This paper ,in accordance with the building of referdnee room and the essentials of evaluation, makes a deep analysis of the building of specialization, standardiation and systemllzatlon and the mutual cooperation mechanisms .
