With the establishment and carry out of a sustainable development, the recycle economy has become one of the main ideas on sustainable development. Legislation of recycle economy is an important tool to protect and promote the development of recycle economy. According to basic concept and features of the recycle economy, and in- troducing the experience of developed countries recycle economy legislation, and analyzing legislation and situation of recycle economy in our country, I will ollustrate the reform of legislation of recycle economic.
