大厂92号矿石优化选矿工艺研究

摘要 大厂92号矿石为锡石多会属流化矿石.锡金属储量大,选矿以锡为主并综合回收有价金属.矿石含锡品位0.77%左右.选矿工艺采用重-浮-重流程.在流程中采用了多功能跳次机、台浮新工艺、高频细筛及射流离心机等.扩大试验指标为锡回收率77.65%;锡、铅、锌、锑、银五种金属综合回收率为74.62%. 92~# ore in Dachang Mine belongs to the cassiterite-bearing multi-metalsulfide ore and the reserve of Sn metal is very large. The mineral processing technology ischaracterized by taking Sn as the dominant factor and comprehensively recovering othervaluable metals at the same time. The technological process of gravity separation-flotation-gravity separation is applied in the mineral processing technology. In the process, the multi-functional jig, table-flotation technique, high-frequency fine screen, jet centrifuge, etc., areused. Results in the pilot test indicate that the recovery of Sn is 77. 65% and thecomprehensive recovery of five metals -Sn, Pb, Zn, Sb, Ag-is 74. 62%.
