高精度大型瓦楞辊表面吊挂式离子强化处理工艺研究

摘要 叙述了用LD3-150D型吊挂式离于轰击强化炉,对35CrMo钢制高精度大型瓦楞辊进行离子轰击强化处理.在53O~550℃温度下.炉内压力为1050~1300Pa时,处理后瓦楞辊的表面硬度从Hv0.3315~328提高到Hv0.3750~800,工作寿命提高2倍以上.研究了吊挂状态下离子轰击处理前后瓦楞辑表面不同部位的精度变化,结果表明,由于用工件吊挂自由垂直的阴极技术,成功地解决了瓦楞辊在处理时的变形难题,辊身齿顶母线最大变形量低于0.010mm. The LD3-15OD hanging-type ion bombardment hardening furnace is usedto conduct the ion bombardment hardening treatment for the large-size high-precision35CrMo steel corrugated roll. Under the temperature of 530~550℃ and the pressure in thefurnace 1 O5O~1300Pa, the surface hardness of the corrugated roll after treatment can berisen up from Hv0.315~328 to Hv0.3750~800 and its working life can be raised by more than2 times. The Precision change at the different parts of the surface of the corrugated rollbefore and after the ion bombardment treatment in the hanging state has been studied.Results indicate that the deformation dilemma of the corrugated roll in the treatment can besolved successfully by using the cathode technique of hanging the workpiece in the free andvertical way. The largest deformation amount of the roll-body tooth top generating line islower than 0. 010mm.
