摘要
在pH4.7的HAc-NaAc缓冲液中,在表面活性剂吐温—80存在下,金与硫代米氏酮形成的配合物能被树脂富集并悬浮于甘油相中,用光度法测得该体系的最大吸收波长为551nm,方法灵敏度高,金在0~6μg/10ml范围内符合比尔定律.将树脂悬浮光度法应用于矿石中微量金的测定,结果较满意.
With the medium of HAc-NaAc (pH= 4. 7) in the presence of cationicsurfactant Tween-80, the complex formed by gold and TMK can be concentrated by resinand suspended in glycerol. The maximum absorption wavelength is at 551nm; the sensitivityis high and the Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~6μg of Au in 10mL of the solution.The method of resin suspension spectrophotometry is used to determine trace gold in ores.The results are satisfactory.
