Slurry Seal Coating

稀浆封层是利用阳离子乳化沥青的特点,将作为结合料的乳化沥青、骨料、填料、水等四种材料一起放在特制的摊铺机中,经很短的时间进行配制、拌和、摊铺成为路面上的封层,以提高路面的防水、耐磨、抗滑、平整性能,延长油路的寿命,提高运输效率,具有很好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。本文就稀浆封层施工技术的有关问题做扼要的介绍。

The emulsified asphalt,with distinguishing features as a bonding agent,are proportioned and mixed together with aggregate,filler and water in a spe-cial type spreader for a very brief time and then spreaded on to the pave-ment to give a water-proofing,wear-resistant,slip-resistant and good perfor-mace surface.The life of the asphalt pavement can be prolonged and the trafficefficiency raised,with good economic social and environmental benefit whenthis type of seal coating is used.The technique of Slurry seal coating is pre-sented briefly in this paper.
