论推进贵州文化产业科学发展的路径

On Propelling the Scientific Approaches of Developing Cultural Industry of Guizhou

2006年,贵州省委、省政府就贵州文化产业能够在5到10年内发展成为支柱产业,作出了科学的判断。省委常委、宣传部长李军在全省文化体制改革工作会议上深刻地阐述了贵州实现文化崛起的必要性、可能性与可行性。这是一个有科学依据、有显著新意和学术增长点的战略构想,而且是贵州文化产业科学发展的必然选择。根据所掌握的信息,就实现这一战略构想的路径问题,即如何聚集贵州文化产业发展的持续力,采用什么方式不断突破、扩大优势和巩固成果等,提出了"本土突围"与"蛙跳前进"设想。

In the year of 2006 Guizhou CPC Committee and Guizhou Provincial Government made a scientific judgment as to Guizhou cultural industry being one of the backbone industries within 5 or 10 years. Li Jun, the minister of the Propaganda of Guizhou described the necessity and feasibility of realizing Guizhou＇s culture rapid development, which is a science-based, creative and academic strategic thought. This paper discusses this issue with the help of the relevant information and data, and assumes the hypothesis of ＂Local Attack＂ and ＂Frog-jump Forward＂.
