对非相干光纤激光组束系统最大阵列宽度的研究 被引量:1

摘要 光纤激光组束系统的最大阵列宽度决定着可参与组束的光纤激光器个数,从而制约着组束激光的输出功率。通过对组束系统耦合效率的分析,光斑半径应不超过100μm,透镜焦距不超过20cm。在此条件下,组束系统的最大阵列宽度约为0.6cm。 The number of fiber lasers that could be utilized to beam combination is up to the maximum fiber array width, which restricts the output power of combined laser. Through the analysis of system coupling efficiency, the spot radius should be less than 100μm, lens focus should be less than 20cm. Under such condition, the maximum array width would be around 0.6cm.
