摘要
房屋改造加固常常涉及托梁拔柱,必须根据工程的实际情况寻求有效、便于施工的加固方案。本工程通过增设钢梁,采用钢筋将原混凝土梁与新增钢梁连为一体,形成钢-混凝土组合结构受力,在施工中尤其注重对钢梁和混凝土梁的连接处理,在节点受力位置进行了相应的加固处理。施工结束后变形观测表明加固施工符合要求。
Supporting beam and removing column method usually used in transformation of buildings. Effective and convenient reinforcement schemes should be made combing with actual situation of project. By adding steel beams and using rebar to connect old concrete beam and new steel beam, steel-concrete composite structure is made. Especially pay attention to connection of steel beam and concrete beam, and according reinforcing measurement are taken in bearing position of joints. Deformation after construction proved that the reinforcing construction is sucessful.
