清水镜面混凝土技术的研究与应用

Study and Application of As-cast Mirror Surface Concrete Technology

对清水镜面混凝土的水化机理进行了完整的描述,并探讨了配制微观机理和参数选定关系。基于水泥浆水化产生的凝胶和晶体,使之在粘贴PVC模板表面的均匀分布,解决了形成镜面装饰效果的技术难题;提出了在混凝土中掺加适量高效复合减水剂的最佳配合比,使混凝土在良好粘聚性前提下流态化,保证了清水镜面混凝土的良好施工条件。

Hydration principal of as-cast mirror surface concrete is introduced completely, as well as the confect micro-mechanism and parameter selection relation. The gel and crystal formed from cement hydrated are pasted on the surface of PVC formwork uniformly and the technical problem of forming mirror surface decorative effect is solved. The optimum mixture ratio is putting forward by adding high efficiency complex water-reducing admixture into concrete, concrete can fluidizing with the prerequisite of good cohesiveness, and good construction condition of ac-cast mirror surface is insured.
