渗透可控模板对提高客运专线铁路混凝土耐久性的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了渗透可控模板的排水作用机理、结构组成及材料、制作方法。通过对排水量、水胶比变化的测定,得出渗透可控模板的排水效果对混凝土拌合物影响深度的试验结果。渗透可控模板可以明显改善混凝土的力学性能,如混凝土强度、表面硬度、耐磨性能、抗冻性以及抗碳化能力。采用渗透可控模板技术可以改善混凝土观感质量和耐久性,是值得在客运专线铁路中推广应用的一种新技术。 The water drainage mechanism of the controlled permeability formwork is described, as well as structure composition, material and construction methods. After measuring variation of drainage volume and water binder ratio, the influence depth of the controlled permeability formwork drainage effect on concrete mixture is obtained. The mechanical properties of concrete, such as strength, surface hardness, frostresistance, freezing resistance and anti-carbonation quality can be remarkably improved by using the controlled permeability formwork. Appearance quality and the concrete durability can also be improved remarkably. This is a new technology in the special transport track.
