摘要
目的了解朝阳区居民膳食营养现状,为控制饮食相关疾病提供依据。方法运用多阶段整群随机抽样,抽取常住居民337人,利用称重法和24小时膳食回顾法对其进行膳食调查。结果居民食物消费品种丰富,肉、禽、蛋等动物性食物消费量明显增加,多数营养素能够达到摄入量标准,但膳食结构不尽合理,主要为碳水化合物供能比(49.6%)较低,脂肪供能比(37.8%)较高;硫胺素(0.8mg)、核黄素(0.8mg)的供给量远远低于居民膳食营养素参考值;钙(511.7mg)、锌(11.2mg)微量营养素仍处于缺乏状态。结论朝阳区居民膳食质量明显改善,但膳食结构不尽合理,应制定相应的干预策略,控制饮食相关疾病。
Objective To study the status of diet and nourishrnent pattern among residents in Chaoyang District of Beijing City and provide evidence for controlling diet related diseases. Methods 337 residents were selected by multistage sampling. The status of dietary pattern was surveyed by means of meal weight and diet recalling in the past 24 hours. Results Food consumption among residents was various. The animal food consumption such as meal, poultry and eggs inereased evidently. Mcst nutrients could meet the standard, while the dietary configuration was unreasconshle. Mainly, energy from carbohydrate was 49.6 % and Iron dietary fat was 37.8% of total energy. The supply of vitamin t31 and vitamin B2 was 0.8rag, which was lower than the diet standard. The ingestion of micronutrients such as calcium and zinc were inadequate. Conclusion The dietary quality was improved evidently among residents in Chaoyang District, but the dietary configuration was unreasnable. Related intervention strategies shoold he made for disease control and prevention.
