摘要 工作分析是人力资源管理工作的基础与前提,为其他人力资源管理模块提供了依据,但工作分析实践中广泛存在着员工不配合的现象,严重影响了工作分析的实施和效果,影响了人力资源其他模块工作的开展。通过阐述工作分析过程中员工不配合的原因、表现形式,从心理方面进行分析,提出消除工作分析实践障碍的应对策略,为企业工作分析实践提供参考。 The job analysis is the basis and premise being that Human Resource Management works, is that the Human Resource Management module has provided a basis other. But broad existence lets employee not fit in analytical practice of job phenomenon, have affected analytical putting into effect and effect working, have affected human resources gravely other module job carrying out. This thesis explore the cause, manifestation that the employee does not coordinate in setting forth the analysis process working, em- phasize the analysis being in progress from mentality aspect, suggest that removing the tactics working analysing answering carrying out an obstacle, provide a reference for the enterprise job analysis practice.
