Adopt a Scientific Approach in the Study of the Economic Theories by Marx

本文首先在阐述科学的含义、基本特征及检验一种理论是否为科学的标准的基础上,分析了马克思主义经济学的规范性和实证性以及相应的科学属性和意识形态属性,指出马克思主义经济学是实证理论而非规范理论,既是科学理论,又是意识形态。然后,对作为科学理论的马克思主义经济学所面临的十大难题进行了研讨。最后,就如何发展和创新马克思主义经济学,提出了三项基本原则。

The paper first elaborates on the implication of science, its basic features, and the criteria by which to testify whether a theory is scientific or not and then proceeds to analyze the normative and substantive nature of Marx＇ s economic theory and its scientific and ideological property and then argues that the economic theory of Mark is substantive , not normative and belongs to both scientific and ideological theory. Then the paper discusses ten major problems faced by Marx＇ s economic theories and proposes three basic principles in further developing Marx＇ s economic theory.
