摘要
建立驾驶室翻转过程的数学模型,得出最佳的扭杆安装预扭角度,并进行了轻便性试验。试验结果表明,翻转机构的轻便性大大改善,为翻转机构改进设计提供了一种有效方法。
A mathematic model for the tilting process of the tilt cab is set up, by which the optimal pretwist angle of the torsion bar is calculated. Meanwhile a test on the handiness of the cab tilting mechanism is also performed. The test results show that the handiness of the tilt cab is greatly improved. This provides an effective means for the design of cab tilting mechanism.
