1,2-亚甲二氧基苯的合成工艺研究

Studies on Synthesis of 1,2-(methylenedioxy)benzene

以邻苯二酚和二氯甲烷为原料,二甲亚砜为溶剂,在碱性条件下合成1,2-亚甲二氧基苯,产品收率达到73.4%;探讨了原料配比、浓度、温度、催化剂用量等因素对产品收率的影响,得到最优工艺条件;红外光谱和气相色谱分析表明,产品为1,2-亚甲二氧基苯,纯度达到98.6%。

1,2-（methylenedioxy）benzene is synthesized by using catechol, dichloromethane and dimethylsulfoxide with the condition of alkali and normal pressure. Overall yield of the process is 73.4%. Influence of material ratio, concentration, temperature and dosage of catalyst on the reaction is investigated and the optimum condition is obtained. Product is analyzed by infrared spectrum and gas chromatogram. Results show that the product is 1,2-（methylenedioxy）benzene and the content by gravity is 98.6%.
