可调喷射式热泵及其在纸板机干燥部的应用

The adjustable jet heat pump and its application on the paper board machine

分析了可调喷射式热泵的特点,提出一种采用可调喷射式热泵改造纸机干燥部供热系统的方案。实践证明,干燥部用可调喷射式热泵替代广泛采用的不可调式热泵能有效克服纸机工况变化时工作蒸汽做功能力不足的缺点,进一步提高纸机车速,降低能耗,优化纸机运行。

The characteristics of adjustable jet type heat pump are analyzed and a plan to reform the dry end in paper machine with adjustable jet type heat pump is put forward. The practice has proven that the insufficiency of paper machine performance ability during the operation mode variation can be overcome effectively, the machine speed further improved, energy consumption lowered and the operation of the paper machine optimized after the extensively applied non-adjustable heat pump being replaced by the adjustable jet type heat pump.
