摘要
针对连续时间集成滤波器提出了一种在线可测试可修复的设计方案.通过在芯片中设计冗余的可编程模块作为测试参考,对工作电路进行分模块在线测试.在故障情况下,可编程模块可以替换工作电路中的故障模块,实现在线修复.实验结果表明,该方案可以有效地实现在线测试和修复功能,只伴随工作电路很小的性能退化.
An on-line testable and repairable design of continuous-time integrated filters is presented. By designing a redundant built-in programmable block as test reference, each block of the functional circuit can be on-line tested. In case of fault, the faulty block in functional circuit can be substituted by the programmable block, by which on-line repair is achieved. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed on-line testable and repairable design, with unconspicuous performance degradation of the functional circuit.
