早期大肠癌的诊断和治疗初探

A Preliminary Study on Diagnosis and Treatment of Early Colonic Cancer

通过常规内窥镜检查，在296例大肠癌中，发现32例早期大肠癌，其中18例为粘膜层癌、14例为浸润粘膜下层癌。对14例浸润性早期癌经外科根治术后，发现其中4例伴局部淋巴结转移（12．5％）。故对浸润性早期大肠癌应追加外科根治性切除术，以便有效地控制局部淋巴结转移。

Out of 296 colon cancers undergone conventional fibercoloscopy 32 were early cancers. Of these, mucosa was in volved in 18 and submucosa 14. After radical colectomy of the latter 14 cases lymph node involvement was found in 4 cases (12. 5 % ). It is suggested that radical resection should be advocated for early colonic cancers in order to get rid of the node involved.
