摘要
通过对水下作业工具管路卸油压力的分析,确定了齿轮马达输出轴轴端密封的压力,分析了唇形骨架密封失效的原因,设计了O形密封圈与L形衬环组成的组合式密封,介绍了密封原理,分析了O形密封圈受力密封状况及L形衬环工作原理,经过对水下作业工具中液压马达轴轴端密封的改造及实验,实现了液压马达输出轴的带压旋转动密封,保证了水下作业工具的稳定、可靠、安全作业。
The pressure of output shaft end seal in the gear motor was calculated after analyzing unload pressure for underwater working tools. The cause of failure for labium shape frame seal was analyzed and combined seal composed of Oshape seal ring and L-shape liner ring was designed. Its sealing principle was introduced and sealing status of O-shape seal ring under the condition of force and working principle of L-shape liner ring were discussed. The turning seal under the pressure of oil for the output shaft of motor was realized after reconstructing shaft seal of motor in the underwater working tools and its experiment. The underwater working tools are able to work stable, credible and safe.
