经皮锁骨下动脉穿刺导管药盒植入系统的临床应用

Clinical Application of Percutaneous Transsubclavian Artery Implantable Port-catheter System

作者报告21例经皮锁骨下动脉穿刺配合皮肤小切口植入导管药盒系统，行动脉内化疗灌注，治疗中晚期恶性实体瘤的初步经验。与外科剖腹和局部手术切开动脉植入法比较，本方法具有操作简单，创伤小，并发症少，安全可靠等优点。本文还对植入的技术要点，适应证和禁忌证的掌握，并发症的预防和处理进行了讨论。作者认为，对不能手术切除的中晚期实体瘤，该介入治疗方法适宜，并可取代外科手术植入。

The authors report on their preliminary experience of implantation of a percutaneous transsubclavian artery implantable port-catheter system for perfusion chemotherapy on 21 patients with unresectable malignant solid tumor.This technique showed pronounced advantages as compared with surgical implantation in view of simplicity, safety,minimal trauma and less complications. The essentials of the technique, indication and contraindication, and the prevention and management of complications were discussed. The authors think that this intervention therapy is of choice for unresectable advanced malignant solid tumors rather than surgical implantation.
