子宫内膜癌PCNA表达的研究

Expression of PCNA in Endometrial Carcinoma

本文应用免疫组化技术，对103例子宫内膜癌组织中增殖细胞核抗原（ProliferatingCellNuctearAntigen，PCNA）的表达进行了研究。结果表明：PCNA的高度表达与肿瘤的组织分级有关，分级越高，PCNA的高度表达率越高。PCNA的表达与肿瘤的肌层浸润、脉管浸润、分期无关。DNA异倍体组织中PCNA的高度表达率高于二倍体。PCNA高度表达者的生存率显著低于低度表达者，两者的5年生存率分别为58.2％及82．3％。本文结果提示，PCNA可作为反映子宫内膜癌增殖活性及判断其预后的一个重要指标。

The expression of PCNA was studied in 103 cases of endometrial carcinoma immunohistochemically. The results showed that overexpression of PCNA was associated with the grading of the tumor. The value of overexpression paralleled with the escalation of the tumor grade,but it was irrelevant with the tumor stage and invasion of muscular layer and vessels. It was higher in aneuploidy than in diploidy. The survival rate of the patients with PCNA overexpression were lower than that with low expression and were 58. 2% and 82. 3% respectively. The present study indicates that PCNA could reflect the proliferation activity and the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
