15例2型糖尿病患者经颅多普勒超声检测

Doppler Ultrasonic examination in 15 patients with type-Ⅱdiabetes

目的了解2型糖尿病病人的TCD特点,及早防治及减少糖尿病颅脑并发症的发生。方法对临床确诊的15例2型糖尿病患者进行TCD检测,随机选择15例相应年龄组的正常人作为对照组。结果发现90%糖尿病患者出现脑血管血流参数的异常,特别是血流缓慢、PI值的增高及频谱形态的改变。结论表明2型糖尿病脑血管病变的严重性和危害性,与中风密切相关。

Objective To study the characteristic of TCD in type -Ⅱ diabetes and to prevent or decrease incidence of complication of brain in diabces. Methods TCD was detected in 15 patients with type - Ⅱ diabetes, compared with 15 normal person who have corresponded age. Results There are 90% patients of diabetes have the blood stream parameter in brain vascellum had abnomaity especially in slow - moving of blood stream, higher PI value and the changes of spectrum shape. Conclusion The Severity and hazardness of brain vascellum lesion in patients of diabetes had close correlation with theoplegia.
