电针对脑缺血再灌注大鼠缺血区P53蛋白表达影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Electrotherapy on P53 Protein Expression of Cerebral Ischemia-suffering and Re-perfusion Rats in Ischemic Area

摘要 目的:通过观察电针对脑缺血再灌注大鼠缺血区皮质神经细胞形态学变化和P53蛋白表达的影响,研究电针对缺血性脑损伤的保护机制。方法:采用大脑中动脉线栓法制作脑缺血模型,电针大鼠的水沟、内关,运用HE染色观察各组大鼠皮质神经细胞形态学和免疫组化法观察各组大鼠缺血区皮质P53蛋白表达。结果:与模型组相比,电针各组缺血皮质P53蛋白表达均降低,同时电针可明显改善缺血大鼠缺血侧皮层形态学损伤。结论:电针通过抑制P53蛋白表达减轻神经组织损伤来对抗缺血再灌注脑组织神经损伤。
