摘要
妊娠恶阻是妊娠初期生理上的特殊改变与体质因素相互作用的结果,其常见病理体质为脾胃素虚、痰饮素盛、肝火素旺,其发病机制为冲气上逆、胃失和降,临床应辨体与辨证相结合。
It is pointed out that the hyperemesis gravidarum is caused by physiological changes in primary gestational period and consitution factor of the patient. The common pathological consitution are： insufficiecny of spleen and stomach, abundant fluid-retention and overabundant liver-fire. The invasion pathogenesis of the disease are Qi rising upward adversly and stomach-Qi being unable to descend normally. In clinical, differentiation of constitution and differentiation of syndrome should be integrated to treat the disease.
