摘要
采用非线性有限元软件,对油井套管橡胶密封的应力进行了分析,计算出橡胶密封装置的应力分布。分别考虑了载荷、摩擦系数、密封间隙和橡胶密封筒高度对应力分布的影响。分析表明,载荷、密封间隙、橡胶密封筒高度对应力最大值有影响,而摩擦系数影响很小。可以根据这些计算结果,对实际设计的橡胶密封筒进行优化设计。
The stress and strain distribution of sealing rubber material in oil-well bushing is calculated on famous nonlinear finite element software. The influences of load, friction coefficient, seal gap, seal height are calculated. The result shows that load, seal gap and seal height have influence on the maximum stress while friction coefficient has little influence on it. Based on these calculation results, the design of rubble seal equipment can be optimized.
